Well, the foot might be dangerously close to those vias or the cap ...
Close enough
The metal feet of the PSU base is more square than round, so there has to be a square area around the PSU holes else the metal foot could short out on the vias. I've also been moving top layer tracks away from the holes in case the feet cut though the pcb and short out on the tracks.

Will be on a future board, but testing will be done on flashy clock as we planned the 4 pins IO headers on both boards

This is how it basically fits together... So header pins on flashy clock (or any other board) double up as to where the alt-ram board solders to.
So while everyone hates towers of stacked boards, this one is pretty discrete, or should that be integrated

Thanks pretty cool, looks like some thought went into this stacking arrangement. So i'm guessing a number of items canbe stacked depending what they are.

Yeah , took some doing, JLC wouldn't even make the board because of its specs
I've done multiple alt-ram boards over the years, none produced. But this is just the bare SRAM board, it pretty much will never change. But it can be made to work with anything which has a PLD, like flashyclock, and the SEC booster etc. On this arrangement the PLD logic to drive the alt-ram board is "free".
