Thanks Icky, it's been a bit of a trial, though if I can get the Electron going this week I'll have fixed 3 computers in 3 months, so pretty pleased since I'd never fixed any of them specifically before and was coming in new :)

Considering you said you were going to be quiet @rubber_jonnie you have been quite the opposite with the BBC and Electron :)

I did say 'might'.

I just couldn't help myself, and I was quiet on the ST front :) Saying that I don't have any broken ST's to fix right now, and fixing them is the fun part for me :)

Oh to have the time to fix my STs... though my latest addition is appearing to work just fine, so I will choose one of the broken boards to be the donor for the H5C1 when that arrives...

Great news about the house completion!

Thanks!! Not long to go now, then perhaps I might be able to get up to see my parents and rescue the ST that's been languishing there for nearly a year now!!

I have 2 H4s that need building, so I will likely pick a couple of machines and sacrifice them on the altar of exxos :)

Looking forward to having not only a dedicated decent (My last one was very cramped) workshop space, but also a proper retro space where I can have stuff out permanently. Then you can also add in the extra storage we'll have in terms of a garage that we didn't have before too.

Ahh, bliss!

The best answer for that is mostly...........

I may revisit in the future though, as a working one would be a nice thing to have :)

Hopefully my new workshop will have a big enough bench to allow for up to 3 projects at once, which will be a huge help.
