4.7uF/35V (x3) (assuming the one surrounded by epoxy is the same as the other 2)
P.S. In UNITOR 2 (which doesn't have the copy protection) 220uF is written on the board.

Pretty common for joints to break and / or burn over time on physically large parts and / or parts which can get warm.

Does that diode leg look like it needs reflowing to you exxos?
