Looks great to me. I can run a copy off to if you wish?
Sure, I'll post the STL files when I'm ready. But it'll take at least a few days, it's not properly printable until I have removed the two rear legs and replaced them with detachable ones.

On a side note, I just realised (while reading
http://www.exxosforum.co.uk/atari/last/tos/index.htm, halfway the page) that the printed bracket - without the mesh - could actually make some upgrades fit under the PSU that currently don't, such as some TOS upgrade kits for mainboards that have the TOS sit under the PSU. That would save one desoldering sockets to reduce height.

That is a very good point!
Must be careful that the PCB fixings don't end up any higher though. With the transformer on my PSU, its pretty much right up to the top of the case. 1mm higher and could end up in disaster.

Well, at least we should keep the clear plastic sheet sit in it's place so the psu pcb leads are protected against shorts. But perhaps, the bracket could keep the mesh but have it elevated to sit right under the psu pcb, still leaving quite a bit more space that it currently does.
I'll do some experiments soon to figure out how much head room we can win.

I finished the third leg a few days ago but haven't done the fourth leg yet. Will update as soon as I've finished that.

Finally, I've gotten around to finish the first version of the bracket which I can actually can print to see if everything fits.
The modeling has taken much more time than I anticipated. Like always, right?

I just ran it through Cura and I saw that there are some problems (closed holes etc.) I have to solve before being able to print it.
Hopefully I can do a print somewhere towards the end of this week. After I've confirmed all holes are in the right place etc. (it must fit in an actual ST) I'll post the STL files for those of you who would like to do a print and provide feedback.

Looking fantastic there!
Small suggestion, the part of the back on the right-hand side where the mains switch goes, could do with some strain relief on the bottom like the left-hand side parts...It could be made thicker right to the top in fact, the switch screws in anyway via bolts.. Worst case would be the bolts need to be little longer to go through thicker plastic.. But the least it would be a lot stronger..
