They never seem to look properly soldered to me

back on the heater for a bit.. stupid chips...

So either my soldering sucks (probably) or this thing is wired up wrong (also probably)..

It's a trick of the light.. The flux is making it look that way..

I don't think all the pins were level on that chip
Will have another go on Monday
