I think I was pretty much the last one to build the alpha, so likely will be slow on the new one as well

Then you can try your HDMI board on it Would be good to have it as a "drop in replacement" for the shifter at some point

I ordered the board, I was wondering, if I could add some assorted bits and pieces required to assemble this. I have of course some boards to donor parts; but I suppose there is a part list of common stuff?

I heard from Troed that exxos provided a bunch of parts for the first board; will this be the case this time around again?

When I ordered the board, I wasnt entirely sure what else to add, so I just did what I assumed was right, but I'd like to extend this to any parts exxos is offering on top of.

Currently I will only be supplying the Video DAC & opto with the pre-order motherboards.. I'm not doing full kits like before.
