STF & MEGA ST DUAL TOS BOARD STOCK UPDATES

Since day one I have only ever listed English versions of the STFM & MEGA ST DUAL TOS 104 / 104 in my store. Though this is now changing and now the kits themselves are sold without the ROM. The ROMs are now sold separately and will fit either the STFM or MEGA ST kits.
Basically this gives more language options for both kits without myself having to stock basically the same language chip twice each kit.
Also very occasionally, people want to buy spare ROM's or replace ones, so now these people have the option to buy just the chip on its own.
