The parity chip? One of the three chips on the modules?
Note that yesterday i did test with the stocks 8 chips siemens modules from factory (4x256Mb) and the result was the same.

2 chips will have the same number... remove the 3rd odd one.. worth doing either way.

OK : 2 x GM71C4400AJ70 + 1 x GM71C1000J70
So i need to get rid of the GM71C1000J70.
