I hope it is a ST4, but given the case top says that and the bottom says ST2, there is a good chance (Since the mainboard usually stays with the bottom) that it is likely to be an ST2.
You might get lucky though, so it would be good to get some internal photos to see what's what once it arrives. You might get some pleasant surprises and find lots of upgrades inside

There is something xtra inside... the port window has a 9 pin D connector and a couple of wires are hanging out. Some pictures would be interesting.
