There is no PRG version of closure. IIRC troed used his own loading routines so there are no files even on the disk.

An NTSC Mega ST is likely 8.01MHz which should work fine with Closure v1.0. NTSC STEs are 8.05MHz and that didn't work in Closure 1.0, but does work with Closure 1.1.
