UBE Video Adapter Availability

Hi folks,
Just resurrected my Atari STE that I used to use for programming and MIDI sequencing aeons ago. I have an Atari SM146 monitor for hi-res stuff, but I'd love to relive my favourite games such as Carrier Command on the real hardware rather than an emulator. Having brought my first computer - a Commodore 64 - back into service with a Dell 2001FP LCD monitor I was expecting an easier time connecting the ST to a more modern display. Searching for ways to connect my ST to either S-Video or VGA has had my head swimming! The Dell supports composite video, but it's horrible (I have a 2006 manufactured 2001FP that is reputed to be no good for this compared to an earlier one).
Is the Exxos UBE video adapter likely to come back into stock or should I be looking into some alternative for displaying low and medium res graphics?
Regards,
Chris
