STE with 68020@32MHz and 32 bit TOS

This was done by Juliusz last year during our testing of the 68020 card.
His comment at the time :
32bit "fast" TOS 2.06 working in our board, with 0 wait states with 68020@32MHz on a STE

rpineau, would be interested in both boosters, I do have a 50 mhz 68030 and math coprocessor setting here waiting
to be born. Looks like some excellent work being done here.
