That looks pretty good for the simple transistor mod. What monitor is that ?

It's a Dell 2005FPW that I was given by a colleague. It has VGA in, DVI and composite, which is a bonus, however it doesn't do 15Khz, which is a shame as it's a really nice display, 20" too.

Approx 20 STs, including a 520 STM, 520 STFMs, 3x Mega ST, MSTE & 2x 32 Mhz boosted STEs
Plus the rest, totalling around 50 machines including a QL, 3x BBC Model B, Electron, Spectrums, ZX81 etc...

Just ordered the rather expensive RGB mod :)

Also been adapting my video mod to incorporate the new super output buffer chip thing which is impossible to get hold of

This sort of makes the middle chip little bit pointless. It does merge the chrome and luma though.

Is it possible to get the silkscreen component markers moved so they are easier to identify pls? It was difficult working out what went where as many parts were marked down from where they should be (D1 etc) and some are sliced in half.

I don't take any notice of the silk screen... I did mark it up here https://www.exxosforum.co.uk/forum/viewt ... =30#p20848 where all the bits go.

But either way, no, as I already ordered the boards

Fair enough! That pic is good enough though, works for me.

Revised PCBs just came :)

Started assembling one, though I realise I'm still waiting for the main output chip to arrive :(

Finally got round to ordering the chips from the previous version, too many projects, too little time.
If it ain't broke, test it to Destruction.
