Thanks to Forgottenmyname for sending me some printed parts and thanks to R_J for creating them - great work guys
Have fitted to board and they work. A couple of things that have helped and I also still need to do:
I tapped the pillars with thread tap so I could put in screws. The pillar by the MIDI ports needs sanding down slightly as the resistors get in the way of it swinging round into the correct place.

That actually looks pretty good. Will have to print myself a set now too.

Glad to see they worked out well, and good to see them in use
I'll actually print myself a set as soon as my new roll of filament arrives.

So if the top right post was lower down, would the other 3 holes then line up?

Lower down and slightly to the right. However I think they are all out slightly as if you look at the pic here of the bottom of stand-offs.

The right one is slightly shorter in the hole off-set and the angle is ever so slightly different.
I take it you are asking so that you can sort out the holes on the H board? If so I think hardest part is getting these holes correct so that the socket and switch fit nicely when the board is put in an original case. Not an easy line up job.

I've sorted the holes out already.. was just trying to work out if I actually even tried to align the holes up or not.. doesn't matter either way really.
I guess if would help if I had a blank motherboard to check it out with paper properly.
