Nice, a decelerator! Can we make one with a Z80?
Edit: can you imagine a ZX spectrum clone bridgeboard?

Makes sense really, the buffee looks pretty good as a plain 68k emulator/accelerator/whatever, this being basically an adaptor board to get it into the 1200 expansion slot.
Re: The TF1200 Design Underway (I must be insane)
And this is exactly what the Amiga scene needs! I for one am unable to keep up with the constant race of pushing performance boundries far beyond stock speeds, 060's, Vampire's and what not, and the constant fighting of whose pedestrian slow ancient computer is better at playing Doom.
It's time to slow down and go back to the roots
I'm expecting to see the TFMSX with an A1200 edge connector soon.

Would be interesting to see if it is compatible with PiStorm too. Nice work!

Haha. I had actually been contemplating putting a 68000 in the Falcon to see if it'd improve game compatibility.terriblefire wrote: ↑Tue Apr 27, 2021 9:42 pm Has anyone ever thought how much fun it would be to put a plain 68000 in an amiga 1200?

That's a really good idea for the ARM based 68000 emulators! The PiMiga gives RTG and stuff too I think.

Doesn't have to be a 68000, can be a Buffee board. We'll be equally happyBadwolf wrote: ↑Wed Apr 28, 2021 10:53 amHaha.
