I am scratching my head, and thinking would it not make simply common sense to support organizations or individuals for there contributions towards a hobbyist community. The commercial footprint for these products TBH is basically hardly visible.

The words that come to my mind when any new product surfaces for my old Amiga is simply "thank you".

I've already purchased 3.2 (and 3.1.4) and I don't care about all the legal rubbish, simple fact is that all parties involved in the legal disputes are wasting money that could be better spent elsewhere, it's like two children arguing over a broken toy, in the end a pointless argument.

I'm not letting this go into a court case discussion. The topic is people think Hyperion should open source the code when they are not licensed to.
