If its not booting then DiagROM is really the only option.
I checked all I could about the CPLD soldering. Voltages and clocks are OK. My board produces blank screen (video sync though), and no serial output from DiagROM.
I probed around on the data lines on the motherboard CPU socket to see if there was any activity. Attached is a capture of one of them. I'm seeing several distinct voltage levels which to me could indicate some kind of bus contention maybe? I'm not really that experienced.
Hoping you guys have some tips...
