Sounds like bad / loose connections on the relocator.
If it ain't broke, test it to Destruction.

All pins soldered
If i use ide boots with 0 mb fast
If no ide atached and boot from floppy 2 mb memory

Check ide cable length, should be approx 10cm
this usually happens when ide cable is too long

Ok cut ide cable to 2cm and is beter
Sometimes lose fast ram. Un 5;to 6 times is ok

at the moment You don't have FastRAM - Your speed is also like stock 7Mhz CPU,
it's because IDE isn't buffered, try to avoid long ide cables

Or buy an IDE buffer. Possibly i should make a cheap buffer design available so people can use one if they need.
