Hi I've fished my tf534 build.
It got programmed using RaspberryPi as Stephen suggested in one of the youtube videos on 330, it was put into my A2000 using kipper 2k 2016 vb 0.95.,
but unfortunately it's not working. Amiga behave like there was no processor inside.
My A2000 config:
Indivision
buddha ide
Fat Agnus 2MB chip
Atbus 2008 8MB
Tested in Kipper and in M68K socket, tested with all card removed. Almost all connections on card tested with help of OpenBoardView (all cpld), all capacitors tested for shorts. Board powered from external 5v psu (for cpld programming ) takes up 2W.
Tomorrow I will have 200Mhz oscilloscope to check clock signal.
Please suggest what should I check.

There is clearly seen short on the 74AC16245

It may look like that on low resolution photo. Two legs are slightly bend, but there is no short between them. I've checked for connection and shorts on cplds and buffer as well.

On one if my TF534 boards, the solder mask was a little bit dodgy on the three leg side of the voltage regulator, leading to an easy short to the copper fill. If yours was from the same batch as mine it would be worth checking your voltages and for shorts around that area.

Thanks for suggestion I will check that, but if there were a short regulator should be hot, and current limit in power supply would kick in, what do you think?

Ok, so you've checked for shorts which is good.
The biggest problems I had is with unsoldered pins. So it might be worth trying each one whilst using g your microscope, just doing a continuity test wont find them.
Other than that, some FPUs work some don't.

Exactly, and i've found with the 530 for example that a non-friendly FPU will just render the board unable to boot at all.
EDIT: You know for checking unsoldered pins, I use a pair of my partners manicure scissors. They have a very small tip, that curves wider reasonably quickly. Without opening them (we're not trying to cut anything here!), gently inserting them between pins and giving a very slight amount of pressure, will nudge the pins ever so slightly. Under a microscope the unsoldered ones stick out from a mile off like this!
