I got it set up wrong!
I don't get any output at all on other setting. :(

Ok. Ordered CPU and 33 MHz oscillator. I hope this will solve my mystery.

Maybe post a clear pic of your board, maybe one of us can spot something amiss?

It starts at 7mhz but doesn't at 40mhz.

CPU is unknown, so I assume it may be bad. I will get tested CPU in 2 days, and 33mhz oscillator.

Yeyeyyeyeye!! Got it boot Diagrom. It was fu*king oscillator. It runs at 50mhz!
