Just did what you said put jumper at 90 deg and it just goes to the splash screen and CD drive not working/booting CDs
Aha ok. That is progress.

Just so there is no confusion Steve, with the jumper at 90 deg it goes to the CD splash screen and the CD drive is not working and not booting CDs and CF will not boot

Hi,

Is there any more updates on when/if this will be fixed?

I believe the issue I am having would be sorted by this. I am trying to use an original Simon the sorcerer talkie CD on my CD32 as there is no other way of playing the game (can't use WHDLoad or anything). The game boots fine but I am unable to save the game. If I pull out the TF330 then it all works fine, but I don't want to keep pulling it out and putting wear one the connector.

As far as I am aware, if the disable jumper was working, I would should be able to have an external switch that would allow this to work.

If anyone has any other ideas I would love to hear them.

Thanks, Matt.

While it'd be great to have this sorted, there is a workaround. You can have all nvram saves redirected to hdd by putting a file on a certain location of your hdd.. and that file tells the system where you want your nvram save files.
Can't remember the name of this file and too lazy to dig it up on the phone, but it's easy to Google.

Sounds like the wrong firmware installed. There is an nvram firmware fix.

Can you point the latest firmware with disable fix and nvram fix ?

Latest seem to be : tf330_2019_03_18_alpha.zip in repository

But in this thread you talk about tf330r3_2020_01_19_alpha.zip or tf330_2019_05_25_alpha.zip

Wich is the one with nvram & disable fix, please ? I have a rev3

Disable is not fixed. No immediate plans to get to it. Will fix it eventually.
