A little bit concerned about the process here. I think my choice to use a 7 mi clearance was wise... they only just managed it

Judging by this.. Its the drill holes that are the problem. SMD pads are fine. in the next revision i'll tighten the trace to trace and give more clearance to the drill point. Probably trace to trace 6.5mil and Trace to pad 8mil.

The 0.8mm holes look ok on my board, looks like the smaller drill holes are running out..

Might be worth reporting a quality problem to them ?

That board looks a bit thick... I hope it's just the picture, as 1.6 mm won't fit in the riser

Its 1.6mm. All my TF328s have been that. They fit no issue.

EDIT: Although i will say they were supposed to do bevelled edges and they didnt.
