The connectors I have have no spring in them at all. The card had a serious tendency to flop around.

No real problems here Steve, I suppose if you wanted to manually file more of a bevel on the TF330 you can I suppose, because you moved the inner layers on the PCB so they do not encroach into the card edge like on the Rev1 am I correct bud ?

Just to say that if you can file a bigger bevel easily, as I did on a few of the TF328`s with ease :)

Yeah there are no inner layers beyond the notch.

Then what I say to Alen is get a small needle file and manually increase the bevel on the Rev 2 , like I said I have done a few of the TF328`s when they did not put a bevel on them and I filed a bevel on one in less than a couple of minutes. piece of pi$$ :)
