For the chamefer, the sanding jig (suggested by Stephen) is definitely the way to go. I just did both of mine and it all worked out perfectly. Went for a 45 degree angle and used 120 grit sandpaper. I first tested on a few versa64 carts that I had spares of. When I did the TF330 PCBs, I wrapped them in paper to make sure they didn't get scratched.

There are some pictures of what I did here and a short vid giving you an idea.

I just grabbed some dressed pine I had laying around, bought 2x timber wall brackets from the hardware store, cut one end on each and nailed it all together. All done and dusted in less than an hour! I felt much better doing it this way than trying with a knife which would end up with me in a state of terrible bleeding. I also noticed that my PCBs were slightly warped (maybe the fab process, maybe shipping etc) which might be why the knife method is hit and miss.

Hi,
I see in the first post there are none available, does anyone know if it's still possible to buy bare boards?

I'm considering doing another run. But please check with AlenPPC and Superduper (maybe 8 Bit Dreams too).. they might sell you a bare board. Id rather not do another run until needed.
