Ordered my parts straight off the 1230 Schematic file in Eagle that file is showing a XC95288XL as the CPLD
Ah sorry.. its the same footprint and its pin compatible.. you'll just need a different jed
Maybe it would be possible to somehow convert the Jedec file from xc95144 to Xc95288?
I made the same mistake as Danoo but unfortunately I have already soldered the chip to the board, eh ...

Should TF1230 boot with no memory attached? Was going to start building, thought maybe I should get the CPLD on and programmed, 030, passives and clocks, and check that first.

Exciting times for the A1200. I have a 1D4 that has been waiting for keycaps for the new mech keyboard to be ready for the lid to be screwed down for the first time in a year. Yesterday they arrived, everything was plugged in and turned on. It was a very happy moment when it booted again from the HD after reinstalling 3.1.4. So looking forward to putting the A1230 in there too!

I can compile for 288... let me sober up first.
Thanks a lot! I will wait patiently
Hehe. Now I couldn't sleep and the first thing I did in the morning was reading the forum. Let me know when you will be able to compile this batch under 288 because I'm not so patient anymore?
EDIT: Since i dont actually have a 1230 with a 288 CPLD its untested.

Wow! I already have the entire TF1230 soldered, I'm programming the CPLD right away and I'm starting to run it and test it.
Thanks a lot for the quick help. You are great

Not working...
There is only a black screen on the diag-rom. I checked the soldering under a microscope and it looks good. My A1200 is rev 2b will try to do timingfix, if it doesn't help, I will check it on version 1.d4 1.d1 .....
