Thanks, you are probably right, was just doing circles in that area around that CPLD and noticed there was temperature difference between the bottom and top of the circle.

BTW I did heat sink the 2 CPLD, as well as the top half of the CPU. Fan pointing towards the CPU from around the FDD area.

I’ve done exactly this and it’s rock stable and cool! But still can’t clock any higher than before I added cooling. Same chips clock to 93mhz on the TF4060 that only manage 75 on the TF1260/TF360... i have plans to make updates but i've only just got my soldering iron operational for basic soldering. long way to get get back to full setup.

Have not attached any active/passive cooling yet, and the 060 Rev 6 was rock solid at 75, but would spit the dummy at 80.
Ambient temperature was around 18c (winter starting to turn up) and the TF1260 was running for about 2 hours.
I do have a few other 060s to test, but very with 75, very responsive with anything I was throwing at the A1200

I cannot get beyond 62.5Mhz it seems - The next step up 75Mhz just displays for a second then resets for me. First I would like to thank you, Stephen, for creating the TF1260. I was fortunate enough to obtain one of them "swedish clones" and I'm very pleased with it. To make it easier to fit a small fan I designed a bracket which gives you a flat surface on the right side of the Amiga. The STL can be downloaded on Thingiverse.
I fitted a small 40x40x10mm blower fan running on 7V and I was quite surprised that my rev 1 060 could run Quake for hours at 75 MHz even with the moderate airflow.

Hello, a happy new TF1260 owner here, big thanks to Terriblefire, Superduper, and everyone involved!
I have put it in a tower with a Mediator, and remarkably it is completely stable.
However the cpuspeed fails when the Amiga is powered via Mediator.
Without a Mediator, the cpuspeed works fine.
I'm perfectly happy with the TF1260 as it is, and not asking for any updates, but suggestions are welcome if there is anything I can try out to get the clock unit working in my setup.
