Re: TF1260 stuff
TF1260 is only for A1200. If I could detect an ACA500 And make the thing self destruct I would.

Alrighty then, good job you couldn't detect it!
Don't worry, the tf1260 will lead a long and happy life in one of my A1200s

Re: TF1260 stuff
Entirely because supporting stuff like that is a nightmare

Re: TF1260 stuff
Stephen said I was OK to post this:-
With the latest firmware, IDE is showing 5.3MB/s (up from 1.9MB), and bus test is showing at least 100% improvement I think too!!! Runs way way better =O
I would be interested to know (once people get onto a later firmware) what speed you get on IDE, and what card / adapter / drive you use! I suspect the CF card I am using could be better.

Re: TF1260 stuff
Nice!
I ordered a XILINX DLC9 programmer in preparation for the remote update (I know this method has not been confirmed) but I was sent an incompatible JTAG SMT2 one instead.
Least I have been refunded, but annoying nonetheless.

Re: TF1260 stuff
looks minted
canny wait to try it.
What do i need to flash the firmware, something like the Altera USB blaster for the Vampire? or can someone do it for me?

Is that A1200 motherboard IDE speed, or TF1260 IDE speed?
