Nice card.terriblefire wrote: ↑Thu Feb 18, 2021 8:53 pm Credit where its due Erik Hemming has written me a driver for the TF ide interface.. its a little slow right now but we'll improve he speed and add DMA support in the TF4060.
Shame the community have behaved so bad otherwise this would have been open source.
I would say a small minority acted regretfully while the rest of us eagerly followed and waited for this first opensource 1200 060 solution.
Now DMA'd IDE would be cool..

Just incase anyone is any doubt... the criteria you need to pass to be offered a TF1260 is below....
If you argue about price you go straight into one of the buckets... guess which one...

I remember from reading your Mediator post about the guy just saying 'PSU' 'PSU' rather than actually trying to help you. I guess he can go in the scooby snax tray. lol.
(Btw off topic but I noticed a trend where people just blame PSU. For instance on the Indivision aga MK3 forum's they're full of people complaining about monitor sync and EDID issues but almost every thread ends with: buy our 100 euro PSU and swap your hdmi cable)

It's amazing how much difference there is to the Blizzard 1260 board I used to have, this looks so much sleeker and sexyer.

If i'm ever considered a good guy , i'm definitely going to buld a custom kickstart for it and let the two IDE's battle it out
