I'm using an LC in my TF1260 - simple HSTWB install (3.1.4) and all I added was MMUlib (and latest Sysinfo). I get the beige guru warning before running Sysinfo, but seems to work fine. (I had the same issue of crashing when using the premade LC-specific HD image Alen provided, but that was down to an ancient version of Sysinfo on there)GadgetUK164 wrote: ↑Sun May 02, 2021 2:36 pm Does anyone know what libs are required to get the LC version of the 060 working with SysInfo and AIBB?
I've tried MuLibs and MMULibs, as well as the LC version of 68060.library from SpeedGeek, but seemingly both benchmarks bomb when running a speed test. With MuLibs it thinks there's an FPU when there isn't.
EDIT: I am guessing I need a "none FPU version" of mathieeesingbas.library
But, people out there seem to suggest I would need to build a custom kick start ROM, can't I just find a fixed version of this and stick it in \Libs?

Everything is now working, except cpuspeed and the fanspeed thing crashes on my machine. I am wondering if I have a lib issue somewhere.

Silly question , what speed are you inputting for the CPU? and perhaps it is just crashing because it will not run at the speed you are inputting ? just set speed at 50mhz to test if CPUSPEED is really crashing

Re: TF1260 stuff
CPUSPEED doesnt need a lib. Chucky tested it again yesterday. Its static compiled with everything it needs. I needs a running MMULib only.GadgetUK164 wrote: ↑Mon May 03, 2021 7:47 am Everything is now working, except cpuspeed and the fanspeed thing crashes on my machine. Can you go to your MuTools folder and run MuFastRom and MuScan?

Re: TF1260 stuff
I've done that - it says MuFastROM is already running. I've taken a couple of screenshots:-
So either there's something different about this LC060, or my 1200 perhaps.
- Does the performance in SysInfo look correct for the LC there?
- I notice IDE dropped from 2.0MB/s on the ACA card to 1.3MB/s - is that normal? I did see a similar thing with the 040 and 060 on the 4000 vs the 030.

- SysInfo shows FPU?!?!? Which Amiga and AIBB do not.

Re: TF1260 stuff
Just running it (to see current speed) crashes it. Same if speed param is set to anything (33,50,51,52,55) - just bombs. After the message about Stephen being the author. I wonder if its because I am using KS3.1 and WB3.1

Gadget I'm not in at the moment but when I get home I will send you a link to my TF1260/TF360 8gb system image that you can flash to a Cf and try it, cannot remember if cpuspeed is already on it so you might have to just shove it into the C folder if not there

Re: TF1260 stuff
Thanks, don't worry about sending that image - I've not got a CF card big enough, and Stephen kindly sent me an image earlier. But getting the same issue.

Re: TF1260 stuff
You probably have an old version of the cpuspeed command that was compiled without the -nofpu switch and that's why it crashes. If you like you can download my CF card image, optimized for the LC060, will PM you the link.GadgetUK164 wrote: ↑Mon May 03, 2021 3:14 pmJust running it (to see current speed) crashes it. Re: TF1260 stuff
Thanks, I am not so sure since I downloaded the one from Chucky's blog, and Stephen sent me one, and I tried one from Andy T - all behave the same way. I am wondering if this might be timing fix related. That said, everything runs fine and doesn't crash (except for Robocop 3, and JesusOnEs - which doesn't run on the A4000 either with the 4060, I assume JesusOnEs needs at least 512KB of slow RAM).alenppc wrote: ↑Mon May 03, 2021 4:59 pmYou probably have an old version of the cpuspeed command that was compiled without the -nofpu switch and that's why it crashes.
