SD/CF reader in an A500

Hi all! I've been lurking here for a while, finally joined the forum and this is my first post. I built myself a TF536, everything is as stable as can be and what a fun/relaxing build it was too. I took my time with it and with a little hand-holding from Paul J. I got the cpld programmed with no issues. Thanks to TerribleFire for developing this!
I'm curious what solutions people are using to either mount or stash away your IDE/CF or SD card readers? Are you just shoving them inside the case somewhere and isolating to make sure nothing gets shorted, or do you leave it hanging out from the side expansion port? I have a short 44-pin IDE cable, maybe 2 inches long if that. I also have the IDE buffers on-hand if I want to try a longer cable. I'm tempted to try to design something 3D printed, but don't want to re-invent the wheel if there's already a simple solution for this.
