which way round does the reset chip go?

and a 747 is the same as a 7407 right?

The pin that is larger/wider is ground (pin 1) and this is the pad on the bottom/left on the board (closest to R13).

And I just found out that a 747 isn't the same as a 7407, doh. Time to raid the chip pile again.
