Whilst building the H4 I wanted to see how the SIMM slot played nicely with a keyboard. Placing the H4 board pin an STE base (only one I had to hand) and placing the keyboard in position shows there is plenty of room to spare. Good placement @exxos :thumbup:

I was wondering if one of the angled simm sockets that ige got would fit if I used a narrow simm, looks like it might
If it ain't broke, test it to Destruction.

About 3-4 weeks and I should be able to. Will order in some pink ABS for a Christmas trial :)

It might be tight PhilC. I would test it out before soldering in that SIMM slot.

@exxos your dimensions on the board were bang on :)

The board fits perfectly in the bottom shielding. It clips in at the back and drops snuggly (not too tight but tight enough to stay in) into the recesses at the front and sides.

Cool :) I will probably find something wrong with it at some point :lol: :roll:
