Finished building the TOS 2.06 & IDE R1C board today...
I'm pulling the "ACSI Pin 10" interrupt request off the internal Mega DMA header.
It successfully boots my existing TOS 1.02/1.04 ROM, and the IDE port works...
Will dig out the EPROM programmer a little later and see about getting TOS 2.06 to boot.

EDIT: grabbing the ACSI 10 from the header is the best option on the H4
