I've spotted the first
The pads are missing from the battery holder.. Don't get why as same lib I used on the RTC modules.. so need to look into that...

EDIT:
OK so the vias are connected, so can solder to those, just be careful of the trace which has had a bit of tin plating on it..

@exxos , out of curiosity when is your board scheduled to arrive?
I guess they build it and throw it over the wall?
