This would be perfect companion for my Amiga 500 with GVP HD8+ system. Any one willing to build these of sale?

Hmm sounds familiar.

In such small volumes these low cost accelerators are not low cost enough. A PiSTorm is a better low cost investment. I know they are very much WIP and a little unstable right now but there are lots of people working on it.

I'll get one for 60€.

PiStorm doesn't interest me. It boot emulator top of OS, wich takes time and has it problems. It also have a hard drive, wich is not nice for GVP.

Forget the Amiga. Everyone and their dog is making accelerators for them these days.

Can it be used (or at a minimum modded) for an ST I wonder?

These board does not have any programmable logic, only "passive" parts, so maybe these could be used with ST also?

If you find someone to build one for you.

The problem I have with it is that it doesn't seem very useful. It's a nice speed bump, but with just 1MB of memory and no IDE, you're still more or less limited to running games from floppy/Gotek.

For €60 you should also be able to build one of these:

I think you're being harsh.

I tallied up the parts on one of my boards (no great sprawling thing by any means) and it was over €70. How much would you be willing to pay for assembly, packaging, shipping and margin?

I agree 1M isn't much but my second dev board only had 1M TT-RAM on it (for a 14MB Falcon, that's not a great boost), but it lets you move the OS to RAM or run most 90s-era games directly from fast RAM if they support it at all.

Looks a nice little entry-level booster to me.

This one is for use with A500's GVP HD8+ expansion and IDE is not a wanted with this compo. I already have several accelerators with IDE, but with this one ide is not wanted.

Sorry, that wasn't my intention. The opinion was purely from a personal perspective, but depending on configuration it can obviously be useful to other users. Like this one:

It doesn't run an emulator if you don't want it to, and you don't have to enable hard drives either, it can be a pure 680x0 family and RAM upgrade. Also has the ability to switch trapdoor RAM to chip RAM without any jumper changing.

I have one, it's sweet for about £30
