So now that we all have our CD32's online, has anyone got it set up that the CD32 can see the hard drives of other Amiga's that are also online?
In my scenario, I'd like the CD32 to be able to mount the A4000's HD2: so I can access files on it.

Re: Amiga to Amiga networking over tcp/ip
I've never tried this but i'd recommend NFS or SMBFS. I dont think there is any nice discovery protocol for Amiga's on a network although i'm happy to be wrong.

I you are usin Ami TCP or Genesis netmount command is what you are looking for.
netmount 192.168.1.58 ram: ram58:
Would mount Amiga's (wich IP is 192.168.1.58) ram disk for a name ram58 to disk

I've just grabbed 4 more esp modules to give this a go with in all my CD32s.

Re: Amiga to Amiga networking over tcp/ip
So no other software required to run in the background on the other Amiga? Netserver or anything like that?

Does this work with Roadshow? Thats what most of us are using. There must be some service running to enable this?
