RAM on H5

Sorry if I missed this guys, I tried doing a search, but what are the rules for RAM on the H5. ie; what types, configurations etc.

72 pin simm or falcon ram board. I use a simm socket and an 8mb simm, of course only 4mb is used.

Also the SIMM should not be a parity SIMM.

Plus here are the jumpers you can use to control the amount of RAM the H5 sees:

I have a few SIMS from an old Mac. They're all FPM type. Any harm in trying them?
