Ooh, really sorry about that. I didn't realise I missed some input field in the form.

EDIT: Aah, now I see where I had to write that. Invoice reference. Stupid me. :|

Pre ordering is about to end. I will keep it open until Monday.

Looks like we fell short of the target , but really not surprised. I will still get the batch done. Though if they don't ultimately sell then this will likely be the end of the remake project :(

There won't be spares, they're built to order. Grab one now if you want one for later!

The pre-orders (about 15) are for me to collect funds to help pay for the order.. Unfortunately I have to get 50 made just to keep the price as low as possible. If I just got <20 made, the price would double again to more like £250 per board. So people helping me out with the initial outlay (pre-orders) get theirs at the "at cost" price of the boards.

The remaining boards will go into my stock. But likely these will increase to £150 or thereabouts. Partly because I need to actually make something on these boards at some point as it is a incredible amount of work throughout. .

Also I'm going to have to try and speculate how many boards will actually sell per year to get my money back. For example this whole run has put me around £6,000 out of pocket. I only really speculate that at best I will probably sell one board every six months. So I have to assume that half the boards which are made will never sell and have to increase the price of the ones which will accordingly, which then will make the likelihood of them selling less because of the price increase is further  .

Overall how things are looking, just no way for me to be able to afford another run of boards of any kind :( I have briefly talked to @Icky About condensing the legacy board making it around 25% smaller, so that icky can design a smaller case to fit it.. With the legacy board being a basic "stock" board, and been smaller, I hope that JLC can produce the board and the costs can come down to more like what they were previously. At the end of the day, if the market is just not there for larger boards, then the smaller boards are the only possible direction I can move in.
