True.. but only mains input is 110/230V, rest is low voltage. I like low voltage, safe and friendly :) Unless its half a million volts, I like that to ;)

I've found a cheaper alternative, still same specs, just different manufacture, so ordered 10 to make sure they physically fit, looks like they will looking at the datasheets. Hopefully be here tomorrow. Also ordered 100 SCR's, and 100 of each of the controllers (plus some other bits) from mouser. I pretty much have all the bits then, other than the transformers and bulk caps...

The assembly place seems to be going at less than snail pace lately, so if time permits, I may see if I can build up a few pcbs myself. At least it would get the ball rolling finally.

Watch your RSI. No one becomes any happier by it stopping you completely ...

Pretty much as far as I could get as I ran out of IC's (on order from Mouser along with the larger SMT capacitors).

These alternative inductors seem pretty much identical specification and physically wise. Oddly the coil is wound the opposite way the previous ones, hopefully the electrons will not get too confused about going round the coil in the opposite direction than before.

Maybe it will work like water down the toilet in the Southern Hemisphere, as in it turns the opposite way to us in the northern hemisphere, if this is the case then we may need to plug them into and extension lead from below the equator, I better order one now, B&Q only do up to 25 meters, I wonder where I can order a 2000 mile one from???

Not much to see really here.. But managed to assemble 2 PCBs fully (aside from the transformers which should be here tomorrow).

The first PCB is undergoing testing :)
