There are a few of the ST chipset chips in stock now plus other pulls. Still slim pickings I'm afraid, but I can only get them from scrapping machines which is not very often.

First post finally updated.

I have found 5 PSU's (blue PCB) in my workshop this afternoon so I have given them a quick read test and they will be back in stock very shortly.

I know there is lot of items out of stock and has been for a while. Unfortunately I am up to my eyeballs in the backlog of work. But I am chugging away at stuff in the background continuously even if I may be quite and there are no updates for a while.

A few more items have run out of stock and I have invested in getting them made up as I do not have the time to do them myself at the moment. As always the first post is updated.

I have put the STM 4MB RAM upgrades into production as well.

The STE DUALTOS KIT Is changing from a full kit to PCB only and the price will be lowered accordingly under a new item number in due time.

The reason for this decision is that I would otherwise have to buy up front like 100 PLCC sockets etc and then spend a long time bagging all this stuff up. As previously mentioned before, because I am selling socket separately, I would otherwise have to buy the sockets twice over. One for general stock and one for the DUALTOS boards. it gets more costly when you take into account the 100+ which also get assembled as well.

So the kit will be replaced with a PCB only. The socket, headers, jumpers, and ROM will still be obtainable under different order codes in the store. However the SMT resistor and capacitor will no longer be pre-fitted and you will need solder these on yourself.

Incidentally the fully assembled DUALTOS boards ITEM 0139 Will still be available. I am currently getting a quote for for assembly of these boards as they have almost run out of stock. I do not know what the price of these boards will be time around unfortunately as I am having to get them assembled by a different company as I do not have time to do them myself any more.

The "PCB ONLY KIT" is now in store. I have included the 2 SMT parts, jumper, 2 pin header. Header pins, socket and ROM are all sold separately.

There are 200 of these now in stock at a mere £6. The are available until the stock is exhausted.

As mentioned above, I may not be selling them as kits in the future because of spending a lot of money in getting them preassembled. We are pushed for space as well, it does not really make any sense in buying and stocking basically the same PCB twice.

As mentioned in my blog, https://www.exxosforum.co.uk/forum/viewt ... 660#p73855 I'm somewhat backtracking to the smaller SMT socket design where people generally not be able to solder this anyway. It is a lot cheaper to deal with SMT related parts than through-hole components. Overall looking to phasing out the through-hole design totally when stocks are exhausted.

Just got word that the STFM 4MB solder in kits and the new STM 4MB RAM upgrades have been shipped.

The STFM boards shouldn't take to long to start appearing in the store as I already have a dedicated test machine for those. Assuming it still works that is...

I don't have a STM machine setup to test those kits yet. So will take a little longer before they hit the store.

STFM RAM UPGRADE starting to appear back in stock. Price unfortunately increased a little bit because of third-party assembly costs and increasing price of parts.

The 4MB MMU RAM kits should be appearing in stock again very soon. There have been the a few small changes relating to the sale of this kit.

Firstly the main RAM board (built and tested) is now sold by itself only. The shifter adapter is available as a part kit (PCB only basically) or assembled and tested. You still need to choose the relevant cable accordingly.

The previous price was £60 for the MMU board and shifter adapter kit. Buying the same stuff overall is now cheaper at about £48.75. Also there was a lot of demand for the shifter adapter being assembled, so now that is a option.
