I opened up this topic for people to suggest things I could stock which would be useful in my store. So far a lot of people are breaking the 4MB shifter adapter board, so I can add this is a spare in the store stock which will help people out. Breakages is also a reason for stocking things like header pins etc as well.
What such suggestions are not, is stocking things which I may not generally already be buying. Suggestions also have to be realistic. They will be more likely to be undertaken if the items are small as we are out of space storage space.
Also note such items should really be relating to the remake boards or STFM type machines. Asking me to stock Falcon spares isn't going to happen as I cannot buy them any cheaper than anyone else!
I could stock things like 3M PLCC sockets as I am already buying them in bulk for example. Though my store price will be higher than people just buying them from mouser etc. So I tend to just let people buy them from mouser instead.
I know several people have been looking for re-cap kits for motherboards. Though these would likely involve me buying multiple variations of capacitors, I probably would have to buy them in bulk.. Aside from these kits would take up a lot of space, I really don't want to spend more time sorting out and bagging parts into pink bags all day.. Its not more work I really want to take on. In fact as I said before many times, I am having to discontinue a lot of ROM variations due to cost of parts and time involved.
Overall I am open to suggestions of smaller & simple items to stock if it will help people out.. I realise the options for people are limited with what I said above, but I thought I would throw this out there anyway..

Re: STORE STOCK SUGGESTIONS
Thought I'd bump this topic again.
If anyone has any suggestions for simple to stock items then let me know.
But stuff like me selling falcon recap kits is a nope. Finding parts, sorting them all out etc etc is something I want to avoid.its more generic times like ics or connectors etc. Doing PSU recap kits is a PITA as it is. Stuff which involves me spending 100s of hours to design something.. again nope.
I do want to sell replacement keys for the ST keyboards. Just never seem to get the time to sort it all out.. there are a lot of keys

Re: STORE STOCK SUGGESTIONS
Hi,
I think the Dual Frequency Oscillator 5V DIL14 could be a good seller:
https://nfggames.com/forum2/index.php?topic=5744.0
It's not very easy to buy in UK/Europe.
Maybe the frequency crystals for Atari are common, but you could also sell for the console people and computer owners where other strange frequencies are required i.e. Sharp 68000.
They are easy to program with a Raspberry Pi.
I found that I could buy a Dual Frequency Oscillator with postage, cheaper than a Chinese eBay seller not know if they programmed the right frequency I requested.
I guess the dual frequency element is no use for Atari/Computers. It is mainly for console owners to get perfect PAL/NTSC timing when doing region free mods.

Re: STORE STOCK SUGGESTIONS
There is an open-source 9-pin Joystick/Mouse -> Bluetooth adapter for classic computers called UniJoysticle2. It supports modern Bluetooth optical mice and wireless controllers such as Playstation (4/5) and Xbox (One/X/S).
https://github.com/ricardoquesada/unijoysticle2
They are not easy to get in UK and I think the form factor might be improved for the Atari STe/fm
Or alternatively a completely different design? Maybe an internal one which goes inline with the keyboard connector?
