Just got my TF360 from Steve and installed 060 libs MMU on the my System and we are off and running , very stable, this is a Rev5 060
the new Sysinfo updated by the new keeper :) now detects the 060 and has other improvements to it

Also this is running on a stock lightweight CD32 PSU..amazing

Is this the Rev 0 board or the new and improved revision with the notport?

Excellent, have you got any other 060s to try out? I'm interested in seeing how the LC performance stacks up against the RC.

I hope you have a free weekend to play ;)

Milesunder - 99.9% sure this is Rev 0 board as Rev 1 order only recently went out.

go0se - I expect there is no performance difference as LC's just are missing the FPU. I think some are higher rated speed wise so in theory they might be more stable.

Time limted this weekend but I had x12 68060 cpu`s, 6 work 6 dont, but I do not know the rev of those that do not work, I will bet its like the 030/40mhz cpu`s I purchase, when overclocking some of them fail, as it is just a little too much so they wont work overclocked.

This is the First Rev 0 Board

I will need to experiment with the ones that do not work, at the mo and try a few different crystal clocks as the one on it now is 133 MHz so will put on 100mhz see if they work at their stated 50mhz, and they will be easier to test with the clock multiplier Steve has designed into the Rev 1

But the MMU and FPU is all working using the MMU library off Aminet, must say I am mightily impressed
And with the MINI onboard PSU works a treat with the TF360 hardly any heat, obviously the 060 gets a little hot but that can easily be cooled

onwards and upwards

Great news - Sordan started to sell A1200 connectors for affordable price:

Hopefully we'll see something A1200 related soon..

On mine, the only ones that work at 66 MHz are the rev6 and rev4 LC. None of the other ones do (including rev5) but they all work great at 50.

This should be improved with a rev1 PCB as Steve said.

Hi Alen, it`s just strange that all the Rev5 CPU`s work flawlessly at 66 mhz on mine, perhaps Steve did a tweek on my board

Yes I will wait till we get the Rev 1 for the full testing of the other revs

The 4 working TF360s all have slightly different behaviour with CPUs. I suspect its just the cap situation. I wouldnt recommend doing more with these boards except to check for software compatibility. There are some definite improvements in several ways on the rev 1. They're on their way to me back home. There will be 3 each going out to Mark and Alen and 2 to Chucky. Once I build one myself that is.
