Re: The TF1260 rev1 arrives!!! Oh boy!
The cap wont make much difference... might cause a crash eventually but not an instant one...
To sum up..
1. i can now boot DiagROM in 100Mhz mode. Although the CPU is really running at 14Mhz its being sampled at 200Mhz. This means the 200Mhz path is reliable.
2. The ram can be read/edited at this speed. The CPU goes up to 100Mhz for individual bus accesses.
Have not been able to run/execute code continuously at 100Mhz yet. I need to get DiagROM 1.2 into my A1200.

Excellent. It’s tweaking now to get 100Mhz is working.
I’ve verified all the ringing is under control with my 500 MHz scope.

Well I left the TF1260 chugging away on soak from yesterday and it`s been on sold for 24 hours at 80mhz with no cooling what so ever and it`s still Quaking away , awesome stuff..`Burnination` complete
Just to ADD if using a 68060/50 with MMU don`t forget to use the `NOMMU` switch, and perhaps the `NOAUTOVEC` switch , on problimatic non playing games/Demos, just add these to the `Tooltypes` in the demo/Game icon , something to bear in mind
Try the demo JesusonE`s Demo and it will crash without the above switches
