After recapping the Atari TT PSU and adding the Noctura fan I added a CPU Fan and heatsink.
The CPU sits under the RAM board and gets hot as air gets trapped under there so I also put a CPU heatsink and fan over the 68030 as this sometimes ran hot and just want to prolong the life of this wonderful machine. Heatsink and fan were salvaged off of an old graphic card. Used thermal tape to attach the heatsink.
This originally led to a molex extension to power the fan but I wasn't happy with the aesthetics. Thus I got hold of a fan splitter board desoldered the CPU fan connector to a normal PC 3 pin fan connector from the molex. The fan splitter board is run off of the PSU fan out and the PSU fan and CPU fan connect to the board which sits nicely in the bottom left corner of the motherboard.

How is that power splitter pcb attached and powered? Also where did you get it. Looks nice.

Hi Steve - It came with a sticky pad underneath to attach. I figured that it is not intrusive and as I placed it on the ground area of the board shouldn't really effect anything.
The board is a 4 pin but am only using the +12v & GND lines. The board cable goes into the fan pins on the PSU and then the PSU fan connects to the board and the CPU fan connects to the board.
If you follow the fan connection as per the great How to Mega STE / TT PSU recap and fan upgrade guide but keep in mind its has an extra pin after the yellow wire.

Also the thinest 12v CPU fan I could find is https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01 ... UTF8&psc=1. I have just ordered one as the scavenged one from the old graphics card is a little noisy - bearings vibration
