TF534 doesn't boot under KS 3.1.4
Hello,
@Alen & Stephen,
got my hands on new 3.1.4 Kickstart ROMS, unfortunatelly my TF534 rejects to boot - getting guru and no IDE after..
can You, guys, please test Your TF534's? Wanna be know is it on my card only or due another scsi.device in new ROM..
EDIT
seems only one card with Cypress RAM is affected, Aliance RAM is booting from IDE, however, noticed that my Gotek drive isn't working properly with TF534 - gives me read errors...

Try a different cpu. I have a hunch.

Pretty sure it worked on mine, but I'll try again. Also I don't have a gotek... just a regular floppy drive.

I dont have the 3.1.4 roms and as they're 30 quid per machine I dont intend to get them.

Ok,
after further tests came to conclusion: this is not releated to 3.1.4 ROMS...
TF534 itself has problems to read floppies (load from Gotek) reliably..

I cant see how you'd see this on the 534 and not the 530 with the latest firmware.8 Bit Dreams wrote: ↑Sat Dec 29, 2018 2:01 pm Ok,

Re: TF534 doesn't boot under KS 3.1.4
Sold out all TF530's long time ago Stephen, hence unable to test..Haven't restocked these because i hoping to order TF534's soon..
So yeah, as mentioned before - stumbled on this issue while tryed to load library.device for 3.1.4 from floppy (Gotek Drive), then wanted load autoboot.hdf to create boot list and same bug was reported..
No problems with these images with stock CPU, so yeah...seems it's TF534...

Well i cant really understand this. The CPU never hits the drive directly. Ever. But i need more info here before I go on a wild goose chase.8 Bit Dreams wrote: ↑Sat Dec 29, 2018 4:55 pm Sold out all TF530's long time ago Stephen, hence unable to test..Haven't restocked these because i hoping to order TF534's soon..

1. Which TF534 firmware
2. Exactly which firmware on the Gotek.
3. Which Amiga?
4. What exactly happens. I cant reproduce.
