Trying to get organised

Post by exxos » Mon Apr 15, 2019 3:45 pm

I have started sorting out all the parts for each kit into individual boxes as I simply cannot find anything at all :(

Currently I'm having to hunt through hundreds of bags each time to try and find one particular part for one particular kit, and this is just not a good use of time

The problem with this system, is that some parts end up duplicated in various boxes, so I end up buying multiple parts for each box. Though I'm having to buy parts multiple times anyway as I cannot find the ones I previously purchased

I really hope you can keep that up. I’ve tried, but it doesn’t take long for it to descend into chaos again. I’m utterly hopeless :D
A kludge is a workaround or quick-and-dirty solution that is clumsy, inelegant, inefficient, difficult to extend and hard to maintain.

My lack of focus:

I am disappointed that those boxes don't have a fancy label on them.

Maybe it's something Icky can help you with?

I've got 2 big boxes of stuff to unpack on the landing, hence the gap ;)
